Once you have filled in the initial Project Questionnaire we will have a better understanding of your project and what you are hoping to achieve, we will call you to arrange a site visit.

The initial consultation is fundamental in forming a good understanding of your, opportunities and limitations of the property and the contextual information.

What’s included:

• Site walk-through - assessing your property and the site.
  We will look at the exterior and interior, aspect, context, neighbours.

• Contextual enquiry - listening to needs, goals and your specific requirements, understanding your lifestyle and the way you want to use and inhabit the space

Once the fee proposal is accepted the project formally commences, with design being the next step.
