As a first step, the initial Project Questionnaire will give us a sense of what your goals are as well as some foundational information about the property. This information will provide context for an initial consultation and help to inform a scope for the project.

2. Initial Consultation

Cost: $350

Once you have filled in the initial Project Questionnaire we will have a better understanding of your project and what you are hoping to achieve, we will call you to arrange a site visit.

The initial consultation is fundamental in forming a good understanding of your, opportunities and limitations of the property and the contextual information.

What’s included:

• Site walk-through - assessing your property and the site.
  We will look at the exterior and interior, aspect, context, neighbours.

• Contextual enquiry - listening to needs, goals and your specific requirements, understanding your lifestyle and the way you want to use and inhabit the space

3. Fee Proposal

Cost: $875

After the initial site consultation, we will then be able to determine the scope of the project and provide a proposal for design services. We will provide a personalised fee proposal tailored to your requested scope of works.

What does creating a fee proposal entail?

This process involves consultation between us and various parties.

• Gathering requirements

• CDC process (Complying Development Consent)

• DA enquiry / check (Development Application)

4. Project begins on acceptance of fee proposal

Once the fee proposal is accepted the project formally commences, with design being the next step.
